Direct support for children and families
The support we receive through Team Millie helps make a real difference to children and families receiving care at the Great North Children’s Hospital. Funds raised help support specialist medical equipment, family support services, therapeutic play and projects that help create welcoming, child-friendly environments, making what can be an incredibly difficult hospital journey a little easier for children and their families.
Donations can also help provide emotional and practical support for families, fund projects that improve the hospital experience and enhance the care and services available beyond what NHS funding alone can provide. By supporting Team Millie, you are helping children facing childhood cancer and other serious illnesses, while supporting their families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
